As a Client Service Associate within the JPMAME Governance office you will work in close partnership with Senior Management and will be involved in activities of transversal nature across various JPMAME teams.
Job responsibilities:
- Be secretary of the JPMAME Management Committee meetings (monthly and weekly) including collection and compiling of documents, upload on Diligent/Boardroom, ensuring timely provision of papers to the Committee members, minute taking, and following up of action points. Review of JPMAME Committee charter (annually or in case of material changes)
- Manage central repository and controls of Governance committees and meetings
- Manage central repository and controls for Manco policies; repository of Global policies affecting JPMAME
- Manage central repository of JPMAME Management Committee and sub-committee documentation
- Manage key documentation (Lux fact pack, Internal signatory manual, JPMAME Governance & Organisation Document)
- Control the evaluation for JPMAME Governance Office in line with defined core controls in CORE
- Complete Manco self-assessment questionnaire
- Be ready for regulatory inspection linked to governance

- Knowledge of delegation oversight framework is a plus, including knowledge on IAO and TPO programs
