Manager, Card Servicing Strategy Product Manager


As part of the Case Management Platform Team, you will lead a tech team in the development and management of the platform case management data. The scope includes day to day responsibilities associated with being a product manager of a tech team (e.g. discovery, intent refinement, delivery of intent in the highest quality) as well as strategic involvement in how we grow and maintain the data ecosystem for a business critical platforms.

The ideal candidate has proven experience with:

  • data technologies and applying analytical rigor to technology decisions
  • development of a data product
  • analyzing data to identify trends and translate into product roadmaps
  • business intelligence — implementation of data tools across business, reporting tools, predictive analytics, integrated operational dashboard

Is passionate about:

  • translating complex data capabilities into tangible business value
  • increasing data literacy and increasing adoption rates
  • going deep in understanding what data means in a broader business context
  • promoting a data-driven culture!

And has functional knowledge of:

  • Common programming languages and database languages (i.e. SQL)

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

    • A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

    • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

McLean, VA: $158,400 - $180,800 for Manager, Product Management New York, NY: $172,800 - $197,200 for Manager, Product Management Richmond, VA: $144,000 - $164,400 for Manager, Product ManagementThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
