As part of the Case Management Platform Team, you will lead a tech team in the development and management of the platform case management data. The scope includes day to day responsibilities associated with being a product manager of a tech team (e.g. discovery, intent refinement, delivery of intent in the highest quality) as well as strategic involvement in how we grow and maintain the data ecosystem for a business critical platforms.
The ideal candidate has proven experience with:
- data technologies and applying analytical rigor to technology decisions
- development of a data product
- analyzing data to identify trends and translate into product roadmaps
- business intelligence — implementation of data tools across business, reporting tools, predictive analytics, integrated operational dashboard
Is passionate about:
- translating complex data capabilities into tangible business value
- increasing data literacy and increasing adoption rates
- going deep in understanding what data means in a broader business context
- promoting a data-driven culture!
And has functional knowledge of:
- Common programming languages and database languages (i.e. SQL)

Basic Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
