This position has SAP Callidus CPQ development and support responsibilities, as part of the Customer & Commercial Excellence Organization. The CCEX portfolio of projects include Digital Customer Experience and Commercial Excellence Solutions, including Web, eCommerce, SalesForce.com, etc. The SAP Callidus CPQ Tech SME has the following key responsibilities:
- SAP Callidus CPQ application development, maintenance, and Functional testing
- Partner with project delivery teams to ensure adherence to common process and definition of new processes.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams in fixing operational / support issues
- Own solution design, integrations, and configurations
- Experience in incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.
- Conduct incident management & root cause analysis, working closely with IT teams to resolve technical issues and improve system reliability.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and proactively identify and resolve potential problems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal user experience.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Ability to work on Configure Sales CPQ exp including Workflow, Approval Management, and User Management
- CPQ Techno -functional knowledge; Iron Python Scripting knowledge, API handling to integrate with different Systems, Prepare Design Doc.
Must have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree: Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 8+ years IT experience
- Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and tools, such as ServiceNow & JIRA.
- Minimum 3 years SAP Callidus CPQ hands on experience
- Minimum 3 years Integration experience between SAP Callidus CPQ and other systems like: SFDC, SAP VC, SAP C4C, SAP CPI etc.
- Sound technical knowledge on Python and Knockout.JS
- In depth technical knowledge of HTML, Java & CSS Scripting, Product Modeling, SQL
