A day in the life
Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution. Own the Overall HPC and Domain specific Sales number for AWS.Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc… Serve as an evangelist for HPC, AI/ML Frameworks on AWS, within AWS and externally.Evangelize AWS HPC, Autonomous and AI/ML architectures and technologies through forums such as AWS Blogs, white papers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS summit, and user-group events.Gain recognition and credibility as a regular attendee, panelist and keynote speaker for multiple internal and external events.Identify leads for potential engagement needing pre-sales support.Lead HPC and Domain Specific ML GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of your aligned technology domain, thinking through challenges on a 1-3+ year time scale.

- 10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
- Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
- Experience building and leading large teams and have worked in matrixed operating structures

- 10+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience
- Master's degree or equivalent
- Experience with HPC, ML and Cloud computing and or related fields
- Exceptional people-management skills; able to inspire and foster the right behaviors in others through leading by example (Player/Coach)
- Solid enterprise communication skills, and business and financial acumen
- Excellent analytical skills, and demonstrated ability to turn detailed data analysis into useful strategic insight in order to drive customer adoption and make appropriate recommendations to the business
- Experience with, and detailed knowledge of managed services market and insights related to cloud computing
