Strong understanding of HR processes, (performance ratings, pay for performance compensation initiatives, promotion processes, and succession planning), and experience with the end-to-end employee experience.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or Business; or equivalent relevant experience.
DEI certifications are a plus.
Minimum 6-8 years of DEI and or HR experience, with repeatable experience doing DEI work at scale.
