As a Technical Account Manager II, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing deep technical expertise in cloud computing and infrastructure.
  • Advising on cloud architecture, scalability, and cost optimization.
  • Supporting compute environments and workloads to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Acting as a link between cloud support/services teams and customers to drive adoption and resolve issues

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • 5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's in Computer Science, related field or equivalent.
  • Build trusted relationships as the primary technical contact, ensuring customer success with Akamai Compute solutions.
  • Deliver expert advice on infrastructure design and optimization while developing strategies leveraging Akamai Connected Cloud and Linode.
  • Provide ongoing support through environment monitoring, issue resolution, and proactive performance and cost optimization.
  • Empower customers through workshops and training, while representing their needs internally to enhance Akamai Compute products and services
