4. Pricing & Commercial Strategy

  • Own pricing, commercial terms, andprofitability forresponsible products.
  • Develop customer-specificpricing strategies and business cases to meet financial targets.
  • Lead contractnegotiations andsupport sales with proposals and presentations.

5. Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Work closely with sales teams to develop customer relationships at all levels and hold regular business reviews.
  • Drive sales activities to meet/exceed annual budgets, ensuring alignment between regional teams.
  • Gather customer feedback to refine product features and performance.
  • Build andmaintain strategicrelationships withkey clients and partners.

6. Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution

  • Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring tactical alignment within account management.
  • Work closelywith engineering,sales, marketing, andmanufacturing todeliver tailored solutions.
  • Ensure project execution and deliverables, including escalation management when needed.
  • Fine-tune businessdevelopmentsolutions throughvalue propositions and compelling sell stories.


Qualification:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management and/or business development, ideally in industrial sectors, with a strong technical and commercial background.
  • Proven expertise in strategic business development for global markets, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication,negotiation, and presentation skills, with fluencyin English andproficiency in Chinese (preferred).
  • A results-drivenleadership style,combining analyticalthinking, project management, andproblem-solving todrive growth in global, cross-functional settings.
  • Experience in product lifecycle management, pricing strategy, and go-to-marketexecution withinindustrial sectors.
  • Willingness to travelinternationally andengage with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
