About The Job

The key responsibilities and areas of focus are:

• Specialization in OSS/BSS and Network Architecture

Experience in working in telco OSS/BSS products with major area of work being requirement gathering, scoping, deriving use cases and designing solutions.

• Proven capacity for Business Analysis

Demonstrable ability to analyse businesses, benchmark performance, identify gaps, and recommend action to improve productivity and growth.

• Comprehensive knowledge in Telecom System Architecture

Deep understanding of telecom system architecture, needed to build resilient and efficient telecommunication networks.

• Expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis

Proficiency in financial forecasting, budgeting, and the analysis of financial data to enhance business decisions and performance.

• Experience in Go-To-Market, Sales & Marketing strategies:

Demonstrable acumen in conceptualizing and implementing go-to-market, sales, and marketing strategies to drive business growth, preferably in a telecommunication setting.

• Proficiency in Data Management and Data Analytics:

Strong capabilities in managing, interpreting, and utilizing data to extract valuable insights and guide strategic decision-making.

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture:

Regular travel, locally and internationally, may be required as part of the day-to-day client work, and at times work from the client site or other EY offices. Our hybrid working practices along with flexible working arrangements will be in place to help you manage the requirement for travel and achieve a lifestyle balance.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree in STEM, preferably in Telecommunication engineering.
• Proven track record of working for 6-7 years on large engagements within the telecommunication industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication for senior audiences.
• Confidence to speak/lead in meetings with client sponsors, management, and individual contributors.
• Proficient in creating visually engaging and clear PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate complex ideas.

Ideally, you will also have

• Results orientated and performance-driven approach.
• Relevant Data Management and Enterprise Architecture certifications in TOGAF, CDMP, etc.
• Relevant Project Management certifications namely PMP, PRINCE 2, CSM, PSM, SAFe.
• Relevant digital certifications will be advantageous.
