You will be working on large finance and tax transformations, helping our clients leverage SAP or similar ERP platforms to improve the tax function by supporting and automating internal and external operations of multinational tax departments. To qualify for the role, you must have
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- A minimum of three years of related experience, e.g. supporting tax or transfer pricing compliance
- A strong interest in technology and its use in business processes
- Excellent communication and business writing skills
- A natural flair for problem solving and an entrepreneurial approach to work
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional client-serving business skills
Ideally, you'll also have
- Enterprise resource planning (ERP) experience, including SAP or Oracle, including translation of business needs into requirements for system design, configuration and testing
- Experience working as part of a large, multidisciplinary project that impacts multiple finance/tax function stakeholders (e.g., ERP, finance/tax BPO/co-sourcing engagements, finance transformation)
- Experience defining and documenting data/reporting needs and processes for a finance/tax function
- A broad understanding of tax accounting and major tax processes
- Awareness of third-party direct or indirect tax systems (such as ONESOURCE, Vertex, Avalara, Longview, etc.)
