About The Role
  • Account Management: Nurture and expand the relationships with key accounts and establish impactful connections with the C-level management of clients, understanding client needs and anticipate their strategic direction, further developing account strategies to meet both clients and corporate needs, driving critical initiatives and implementing the corporate strategy with excellence
  • Strategic Planning: Developing and driving strategic plans to grow the business of key merchants. This might involve identifying growth opportunities, suggesting promotional campaigns, and optimizing menu offerings.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiating agreements and contracts with key merchant partners, ensuring that terms are mutually beneficial and aligned with business goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure the successful execution of partner strategies. This involves aligning partner needs with company objectives.
  • Problem-solving: Addressing challenges and resolving issues faced by merchants. Including operational challenges, technical issues, or customer service concerns.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyzing data and performance metrics related to partnered merchants to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth. This could include sales performance, reliability metrics, and market trends.
Your Impact in Role:
  • Leading the key account team to develop an action plan to assist key accounts in continuously improving reliability indicators for enhancing user experience.
  • Understanding the client's vision and aligning it with the company's direction to build more strategic collaborative plans, encouraging deeper partnership.
The Experience You’ll Bring:
  • 7+ years experience in account management. specifically with large enterprise/strategic partners. The experience of working in the FMCG, e-commerce industry is a requirement and dealing with PX or Carrefour will be a plus. At least 1 years of team management experience.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Account Management Skills: Proven success in managing key accounts or partnerships, ideally within a fast-paced and driven environment. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients or partners.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate and manage contracts or agreements with partners, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with business goals.
  • Problem-Solving Proficiency: Capability to identify issues, provide solutions, and troubleshoot partner concerns optimally.
