Role Overview:

As a Trade Coordinator within the Portfolio Management Group, you will help in advancing trade ideas from our CIO/PM partners. You will manage trades through their entire lifecycle, including evaluating hypothetical scenarios, applying trades to customized products, planning trades, communicating with stakeholders, and conducting post-trade analysis. You will navigate the complexities of liquidity, capacity, trade sizing, and customization while ensuring compliance with fair allocation and best execution policies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed analysis to size trades and assess platform capacity and client impact
  • Create and syndicate a trade plan that factors in liquidity and adheres to allocation policy
  • Present trades to broader Global Portfolio Management team articulating nuances for consideration
  • Daily communication throughout trade with internal and external partners to keep apprised of changes and progress
  • Measure results versus expectation post-trade and ensure all aspects of trade appropriately documented
  • Drive innovative solutions to increase efficiency of trade coordination team as well as broader team
  • Partner on strategic initiatives across the broader organization and work with technology partners to improve processes
  • Assist in daily oversight of the Six Circles mutual fund complex

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in a finance or related discipline
  • 3 years work experience in financial services industry with Wealth Management experience
  • Demonstrated passion and understanding of investment solutions
  • Strong communication skills with track record of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong skill level with: Excel, PowerPoint, Python, working with large data sets

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • CFA or progress toward attaining CFA designation preferred, but not required
