Responsibilities not limited to;
- Manage civil and structural aspects of energy infrastructure projects.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and international standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Review and approve construction drawings and technical submittals.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot on-site structural and civil engineering issues.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
- Implement safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural engineering with proven experience of construction power plants.
- 10 plus years of experience in energy and power sector construction projects.
- Strong communication skills – ability to communicate well and accurately, both verbally and written English.
- Team player – the Owner’s team is a small multi-disciplinary team, and it is expected that all persons work together and share workload for the benefit of a successful project.
- Strong safety culture – ability to intervene and correct unsafe situations.
- All team members will be expected to have a strong commitment on project Quality Assurance, Quality Control and HSE implementation.
