Senior Strategic HR Business Partner, IBM Corporation, Yorktown Heights, NY: Provide advice and counsel to executives and senior managers on leading in times of transformation, organizational effectiveness and abroad range of culture, issues, and challenges in support of business goals. Interpret complex work force metrics using HR analytics tools. Design and execute talent strategy for the cutting-edge businesses. Drive talent functions including performance management, executive and leadership development, employee compensation, succession planning, talent and performance management, workforce optimization, and diversity. Leverage knowledge and interpretation of employee relations and labor laws for informed decision making for business effectiveness, to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with federal and state laws. Serve as team subject matter expert to lead business around HR transformational projects, agile methodology, and HR cloud technology systems (Workday HRMS SAP, Career Progression tools) and share best practices that can be leveraged across business units. Understand the career and skill strategy for business, advise on solutions and investments to close skill gaps by driving skill development programs. Utilize: KPMG Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Cognos Analytics, Advanced Microsoft Excel Macros, Visual-Basic, R Studio, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). Required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources or related and two (2) years of experience as a HR Professional, Talent Acquisition Partner or related. Two (2) years of experience must include utilizing KPMG Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Cognos Analytics, Advanced Microsoft Excel Macros, Visual-Basic, R Studio, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS).$182,936.28 to $226,900.00per year.
