Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong business relationships with internal stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact for all people-related matters in your business unit.
- Lead and execute organizational changes within the business unit, consulting with regional People Services team for local compliance and risk mitigation.
- Participate in accountability routines to check aligned goals and gather insights into the health of the organization, making data-driven decisions.
- Act as a central point of contact for global stakeholders and specialized HR teams (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition, L&D), facilitating two-way dialogue and collaboration.
- Collaborate effectively across multiple regions to support each business unit, ensuring alignment with diverse perspectives and local nuances.
- Conduct diagnostics to identify trends and address workplace environment, employee engagement, and retention issues.
- Lead strategic employee relations initiatives and serve as an escalation point for critical topics.
- Monitor organizational health through engagement surveys and other metrics, providing actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years in a HRBP role supporting global leaders.
- Proven experience in a global or multinational company

The annual base salary range for this position is: $120,000-$160,000
