Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities include daily administrative support, for example:

  • Make travel arrangements
  • Provide executive support in managingcommunications, identify critical levels of communications andthe need for the Executive’s notification:
    1.Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
    2. Support the preparation of business presentations
  • Prepare travel and operating expense reports on Executive’s behalf
  • Greet VIP visitors, prepare office for formal meetings
  • Assist with organizing and carrying out corporate events
  • Assist with general purchasing including sourcing vendors, quotes, vendor registration
  • Prepare pre-request approvals and process invoices ininternal global finance tool
  • Assist with employee expense reconciliations and chargebacks
  • Responsible for full sample device administration: register new samples and test devices in GRNDglobal database system; print labels and place them on sample devices; distribute and assign sample and test devices to requestors, collect un-used sample devices and place them back in storage
  • Carrying-out semi-annual audit and physical inspection of samples, reporting of any discrepancies from the audit
  • Interact positively and create a positive environment for local team members andvisitors
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information
  • Ensure security and confidentiality of data
  • Understand and support office policies and procedures
  • Complete projects on time as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

  • 3+ years of experience with data entry/using ERP systems

  • Excellent in Microsoft Office skills

  • Must be able to work efficiently, multitask, and bedetail oriented

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive working attitude

  • Able to handle multiple priorities and complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational, time management skills and excellent follow-up ability

  • Good communication skills both verbally and in writing, in English and Korean

The salary range for this role is expected to be between$52,000 to $65,000and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
