ERP Manager / Experienced implementation consultant in Finance
Our EY Consulting team is focused on working with our clients to leverage ERP solutions innovations and create business value. We are looking for an individual with a proven ERP track record of ERP implementations in area of finance who can assist EY clients on their business transformation journeys and large-scale ERP implementation projects.
Role Overview
As a Manger / Experienced implementation consultant in Finance, this person will be responsible for leading and growing a team of consulting professionals in Finance across client engagements such as development of digital and business automation strategy, design of applications architecture, implementation planning, re-design of accounting and business processes, development of approaches, concepts and methodology to management and financial accounting that will involve the use of deep consulting, ERP and Finance expertise.
We are looking for a motivated, analytic individual with a successful track record of complex ERP and other IT systems implementation in multidisciplinary and diverse environment. The incumbent must be able to develop enduring, strategic relationships, both with clients and across EY organization. The candidate should have significant previous experience of leading teams in Finance modules of ERP implementation, preferably at a manager or senior consultant level in a consulting or integration firm or other organization. They should also have a good level of understanding around the use of financial data for decision making and the strategic potential of end-to-end business processes automation, including document flows.
Specific Responsibilities
- Leading, managing, mentoring and motivating small teams in a fast paced and demanding environment by utilizing strong interpersonal skills. Being able to align resources and seek buy-in from internal cross functional stakeholders.
- Driving EY go-to-market strategies as well as managing simultaneous projects and engagement teams including support of initial client sales, problem disaggregation and planning, and development of final deliverables.
- Developing frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations through the analysis of client business processes and data from multiple sources that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges by framing the results in a cohesive strategy and articulating recommendations and insights to executive management.
- Influencing peers in other functional areas (e.g., supply chain, asset management, procurement etc.) and across consulting teams to deliver best in class projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of EY resources.
- Producing insights and analyses to improve client performance, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the P&L.
- As a finance management expert, utilize consultative and data driven approach that ensures knowledge sharing, coaching and training across other consulting functional teams to maximize the performance of clients.
Ideal Background and Qualifications
We are looking for a manager and / or experiences consultant with deep expertise in finance and consulting to provide analysis and strategic thinking to shape the services we deliver to clients, lead consulting tasks and engagements and develop actionable and scalable insights and solutions. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation is a plus.

Required experience
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- At least 7 years of experience in Information Technology.
- At least 5 years of experience implementing Financial modules of ERP system (ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365.
