Specific Responsibilities
- Working in project team in a fast paced and demanding environment by utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
- Participating simultaneous projects and engagement teams including problem disaggregation and planning, development of requirements, design and configuring of EAM solution, testing of the solution, design of approaches and structure to master data, development of integration architecture, delivering of trainings and development of final implementation deliverables.
- Participate in the developing frameworks, approaches, solutions and recommendations through the analysis of client businessprocesses and data from multiple sources that effectively and efficiently address the most impactful opportunities and challenges by framing the results in a cohesive strategy and articulating recommendations and insights to executive management.
- Influencing peers in other functional areas (e.g., finance, supply chain, procurement etc.) and across consulting teams to deliver best in class projects in ways that leverage the breadth and depth of EY resources and expertise.
- Producing insights and analyses to improve client performance, drive understanding of client issues and provide strategic guidance for client priorities across the EAM function.
- As an asset and work management expert, utilize consultative and data driven approach that ensures knowledge sharing, coaching and training across other consulting functional teams to maximize the performance of clients.
Ideal Background and Qualifications
We are looking for an implementation consultant with deep expertise in asset and work management and consulting to provide analysis and strategic thinking to shape the services we deliver to clients, perform consulting tasks and engagements, and develop actionable and scalable insights and solutions. Ideal candidate could be a senior consultant or consultant level in a consulting or integration firm or other organization. Experience with IBM Maximo EAM implementation is a plus.

Required experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required from an accredited institution
- At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology
- At least 2 years of experience implementing EAM system (ideally IBM Maximo EAM)
