Your responsibilities will include:
- Assess and prioritize global market opportunities for expanding TCAR therapy adoption and access.
- Develop and execute market entry strategies and commercial pathways for key priority international markets.
- Lead global launch readiness and execution planning for new carotid therapy solutions, coordinating across regional marketing, sales, and physician education, clinical, and regulatory teams.
- Partner with regional commercial teams to address reimbursement, physician training, and operational readiness.
- Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership regarding global expansion and help navigate regulatory and commercial barriers.
- Lead product lifecycle management and global strategy development for the Carotid Wallstent platform.
- Identify, assess, and advocate for AI-driven technologies that enhance clinical decision-making, procedural efficiency, and patient outcomes in TCAR.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate market needs and support global adoption of innovative TCAR solutions.
- Support business development activities and external innovation partnerships, particularly in digital health and AI applications.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, healthcare, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in global product management or strategic marketing.
- 5+ years of medical device experience, ideally in interventional, cardiovascular, or neurovascular segments.
- Demonstrated success leading global product launches and market expansion initiatives.
- Strong clinical and business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights.
- Proven experience collaborating across multidisciplinary and geographically diverse teams.
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, to include international travel.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or advanced degree.
- Experience with AI/digital product commercialization in healthcare or medtech.
- Track record of building KOL relationships and developing international business strategies.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Project and program management expertise.
