As a Material Control Supervisor, you will lead a warehouse team, ensuring safety protocols are followed, inventory is accurately tracked, and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
What you'll do...
•The primary role of a Material Control Supervisor is to oversee the day-to-day operation of a Parts Distribution Center including:
•Lead a represented team responsible for Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping.
•Deliver objectives related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, Absenteeism.
•Engage with key stakeholders including suppliers to deliver key objectives.
•Maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders, including fair and consistent administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
You'll have...
•High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Minimum 1 year leadership experience.
•Minimum 1 year work experience in similar positions.
•Demonstrated ability to actively listen, collaborate and problem solve with stakeholders.
