Job Description- We are seeking candidates with over 5 years of experience in C/C++, data structures, and DDR/NoC/PCIe performance modeling for Intel (Altera - Programmable Solutions Group).
- This role is part of the core architecture team for the FPGA product line and involves architecture definition, performance modeling, and analysis for various vertical workloads, including embedded, networking, and AI.
- You will join a strong development team focused on system-level modeling for architecture exploration and software development.
- Your responsibilities will include developing simulation models for architectural components such as interconnects and peripherals (e.g., memory controllers) or complete SoC platforms using C++/C/SystemC.
- These models may be created from scratch or involve integrating third-party models into our tool environment.
- Additionally, you will support customer success by designing and improving product flows, enhancing software quality, and collaborating closely with customer support.
Qualifications- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in ECE/CS with 5+ years of experience
- Proficiency in C/C++Knowledge of hardware and software interfacing Technical leadership experience in multi-member team projects Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication, teamwork, and networking skills
- Preferred Knowledge of SystemC, TLM, and experience in creating system-level models
- Understanding of embedded software Familiarity with memory architectures like DDR/LPDDR/GDDR/HBM
- Understanding of bus protocols such as AHB/AXI/ACE/CHI Experience with EDA performance modelling tools like Synopsys Platform Architect.
