This role focuses on accelerating digital content excellence to deliver the best communication experience for consumers with our brands.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

  • Manage local digital content excellence and contribute to the growth of sales, market share and our brand preference.
  • Improve Online Excellence (OLE) on creatives and shopper across key eCommerce retailer / marketplaces / D2C, driving product content adaptions & optimizations in close collaboration with relevant marketing, Q&R, CPM (including Product detail pages, Brand Stores and Social commerce).
  • Develop and syndicate our content across multiple channels, internal & external.
  • Define, create and execute user tests, e.g. A/B and multi-variant tests & qualitative tests.
  • LocalPOC of global projects regarding R&R, CRM, Owned Property.
  • Manage Philips.com up-to-date and enhance user experience leading to organic sales growth.
  • Plan and execute CRM for expanding consumer life-time value.
  • Monitor R&R status and coordinate its improvement process.
  • Manage Owned social channel like YouTube, Meta.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor or comparable practical experience.
  • 4-10 years of experience in CRM marketing, content and owned media marketing within a fast-paced and highly competitive setting.
  • Business English fluency.
  • Customer First & Quality Mindset.
  • Digital Mindset.
  • Good at time management.
  • Action Oriented and use data-driven insights and seek inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders.
