Job Description

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform reviews and evaluations of documents.

  • Identify any discrepancies or errors in document.

  • Maintain and document

  • Collaborate with internal partners to resolve any discrepancies or errors.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Two to four years of experience in business and general office environment

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Good understanding of the business and broad office skills

  • Demonstrated administrative skills and acute attention to detail

  • Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data

  • Strong personal computer skills and knowledge of other office equipment

  • Well-developed verbal, grammatical, and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $20.00 - $20.29 - $22.32 U.S. Bank accepts applications for this position on an ongoing basis.
