The function of this position may include performing a variety of duties relating to the processing and support of international banking products, services and related functions consistent with applicable regulations, policies and procedures. Products and services include import, export and standby-by letters of credit, foreign exchange settlement, collection, credit, and foreign remittances, etc. Communicates verbally and in writing with all parties concerned to resolve discrepancies and/or to obtain necessary approvals.
Basic Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to four years of relevant work experience

Receive foreign and domestic checks from US Bank clients to process on immediate credit
Immediate credit – Canadian checks (largest population)
Cust takes to US Bank and they get full faced value which is then routed to international remittance where they have the clients pay the exchange difference.
Thorough knowledge of specific international banking products, services and general bank operating policies and procedures
Strong problem-solving skills including the ability to identify, research and resolve difficult and complex situations
Proven commitment to high quality customer service
Ability to work well with external and internal customers
Good time management skills to maximize production and execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams
Effective verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
