Key job responsibilities
• In partnership with the EUC specialized sales leader, formulate and execute a sales strategy to exceed revenue objectives
• Hire, on-board, train, and develop new EUC Specialist Solutions Architects
• Coach Specialist Solutions Architects in the skills needed to conduct one-to-few and one-to-many training sessions so they can transfer deep technical skills to customers who are considering or using AWS
• Step into the Specialist Solutions Architect role when required to support our customer base
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the AWS solutions architect community
• Identify and profile APJ – specific service needs back to the EUC GTM and Service Teams.
• Guide and motivate the development of whitepapers, data sheets, blog posts, and other high-value customer-facing collateral

You will manage a team of 6 geographically dispersed, highly-skilled End User Computing Specialist Solutions Architects (SSAs). You will report into the WW EUC SA Leader, who is located in the United States of America.About the team

- 5+ years of management of technical, enterprise customer facing resources or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud
- 10 or more years of technical design/implementation/consulting experience working with end user computing and VDI technologies
- Able to inspire and foster the right behaviors in others through leading by example (Player/Coach)
- Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with executives, IT Management, developers, and at large events
- Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
- Strategic problem solving and collaboration skills
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Ability to travel across the Asia Pacific Japan (APJ) region
