Role Responsibilities:
- Ticket Allocation and User Access Application Management:
- Efficiently triage and allocate ServiceNow tickets to appropriate teams
- Manage security protocols and maintain configuration within the R&DA User Access systems
- Other Responsibilities:
- Provide weekly status updates
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely updates
- Publish ServiceNow statistics and respond to ServiceNow-related requests
- Maintain and update the Report List configuration:
- Create new report IDs
- Update report elements (status, URL) across all environments
- Maintain the list of RRF in SharePoint
- Provide usage statistics on reports as needed
Skills And Qualifications:
Successful candidates will have:
- Prior experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Basic knowledge of Alteryx, SharePoint, and SQL
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
In addition, these skills would be an asset:
- Experience in managing security within IT systems
- Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports and dashboards
