What You’ll Do
- Manage and report on day-to-day operations to achieve vehicle readiness KPIs including throughput, productivity, and vehicle quality
- Minimize downstream service work to other locations by providing on-site resolution
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Plan, prepare and distribute work to technicians based on skill level, capacity and resource
- Select and develop a team to reach their full potential. Follow best-practices processes and procedures to increase efficiency Ensure that the tools and equipment are available and calibrated
- Supervise the health and safety compliance across the workshop, setting the tone and always leading by example
- Oversee inventory management, making sure the workshop is tidy and well organized
- Communicate effectively with your team and with external stakeholders Perform vehicle maintenance as required alongside the team, especially during busy periods.
