Production Manager Micro Devices

Your responsibilities

• Operational Excellence : Prepare and execute our production processes to deliver quality products to our customers on time;
• Team Leadership : Lead multi-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that have a tangible impact on operational performance and customer satisfaction;
• Process Improvement: Develop business cases to support these improvement projects. Measure and demonstrate impact to business by process re-engineering initiatives and efforts;
• Quality Assurance : Support internal and external audits and ensure that corrective actions are implemented on time;
• Project Management : Ensure rigor in project execution, deliverables, timing and status reporting.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with your customers from various businesses and functions;

What we are looking for

• Masters/Bachelor degree Electronics, Industrial Engineering (operations focus preferred);
• Minimum 6 years of experience in operations or supply chain management.
• A real passion for Operations – knowledge of medical products is a plus;
• Experience in leading change within an operational environment and introducing new manufacturing flow and logistics processes;
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills;
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal);
• Hands on mentality, a great teammate with a real passion for results and people;
• Quality & Compliance Mindset & Execution;
