Data Analytics for gross margin improvement : Swap kit measurement correlation to PM performance
1. Develop scaleable framework for data analytics of Etch TKMs - requires consolidation of data from multiple sources - Predisys, COA, PPTS, Onsite data.
2. Use framework to identify correlations between kit metrology data and PM performance.
3. Work with SME to prioritize correlations and drive corrective actions
4. Goal is to develop kit health monitor
Skill: Data analytics, SQL, or PythonKnowledge: Semiconductor manufacturing a plus, but not required. Will help with prioritization.Experience: Project experience developing correlations through database analysis, and integrating different data streams.
Education: Master degree in computer science or related data science major
