What you'll do...
What you'll do:
- Develop new and enhance existing both inbound and outbound Workday integrations with 3rd party systems using Workday technologies including PGP / SSH key management, Workday Studio, custom reports, EIBs, Document Transformation, Core Connectors, Web Services, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues.
- Implement effective and innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
- Actively contribute to improving development processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.
What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer, preferably in the Workday Recruiting space.
- Excellent knowledge of software development methodologies and processes.
- Strong programming skills in languages like Java, Python, or C++.
- Proficient in using Workday and other related software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and excellent debugging skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Energized and highly motivated to move quickly and accomplish a lot.
- A deep commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong critical thinking skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze situations and provide recommendations based on a variety of factors.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: - Stock
