Your new role

As Account Manager EP, you will be responsible for a defined region in the Netherlands, managing approximately 5-7 key accounts across university and regional hospitals. You will be accountable for both maintaining strong partnerships and driving new business, with a focus on building long-term relationships at all levels.

Your role will include:

  • Leading commercial activities within your region, from tenders to strategic account planning
  • Growing adoption of our EP portfolio by identifying opportunities and driving market development
  • Building trust with electrophysiologists, cardiologists, and procurement stakeholders
  • Collaborating closely with colleagues in sales, clinical, and marketing to deliver customer projects
  • Acting as a strategic partner for hospitals, while ensuring execution of sales plans in the field

What you bring

Additional requirements include:

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management or sales in MedTech/pharma.
  • In-depth EP expertise is considered a strong plus – and if you have this, less commercial experience is acceptable.
  • Proven success in consultative or solution-based selling, ideally in a hospital setting
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and drive for results
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel regularly within your region
