About the role:

The position also provides ad hoc and recurring reporting to internal and external stakeholders, leveraging Reliability and Quality Assurance (R&QA) data. The role includes conducting data quality analysis to ensure integrity, system alignment, and process compliance. Additionally, it serves as a cross-functional representative for R&QA, recommending and implementing improvements that enhance data utility, compliance, and overall efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicate and support the execution of the Data & Analytics strategy.
  • Determine customer requirements and translate them into structured reports or dashboards that drive decision-making.
  • Provide analysis and tracking of data through recurring reporting, ad hoc queries, and collaboration with business partners to share insights.
  • Perform basic data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of input and output data.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data handling and reporting processes, contributing to efficiency initiatives with guidance from senior team members.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify report context, data definitions, and data sources to ensure business alignment.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and visualizations using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and Analysis for Office (AFO).

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience with analytics tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, AFO, Microsoft Excel, and basic SQL.
  • Foundational knowledge and practical experience with data preparation, analysis, and visualization.
  • Proven ability to transform data into actionable business insights rather than just standard reporting outputs.
  • Ability to apply standard techniques in data handling and use tools efficiently under supervision.
  • Understanding of core business and internal data sources and terminology to support operational reporting.
  • Ability to work independently, meet objectives, and deliver accurate and timely insights and dashboards.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with stakeholders and explain information clearly.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science).
  • Understanding of operational warehouse management processes and data.
  • Familiarity with process improvement initiatives and experience in quality or compliance-focused environments.
