Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing a comprehensive product strategy for the core infrastructure underpinning the Power Platform and Dynamics 365 portfolio, defining roadmaps, and identifying opportunities to leverage the unique potential of generative AI and GPT models. An ideal candidate will have a proven track record working with complex problems that require cross company alignment and execution to serve the needs of our mission critical customers.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development.

o OR equivalent experience.

  • 4+ years people management experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in cloud and enterprise services or applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in shipping globally scaled products with technical knowledge of complex distributed systems, SaaS architectures, developer experience and data governance.
  • 5+ years of experience in a role requiring collaboration with cross functional (engineering, product managment, business) teams, and analytical thinking.

  • Build and lead a team of product managers and technical product managers responsible for driving the resilience, reliability, and geographical availability of the Dataverse platform as we light up a growing set of AI scenarios.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, internal stakeholders, partners and engineering teams to develop a vision and execution plans for improving the platform.
  • Drive the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements tailored to customer needs.
  • Create, monitor and analyze key product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize product performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and sales enablement materials for enterprise customers.
  • Stay up to date with industry advancements, competition and emerging technologies in cloud infrastructure and SaaS.
  • Drive improvements in Azure's ability to support high scale, globally available SaaS applications like Dataverse, the Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 by driving prioritization of new capabilities across a range of Azure services.
