You are responsible for

• Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and supports local organizational development through all HR processes
• Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and managers/ employees self-service
• Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes
• Managing internal communication regarding various HR related aspects
• Oversee all admin and payroll (externalized) activities and lead all matters related to Labor Law

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, economics)
• Fluent English is a must
• Good influencing and communication skills/ managing stakeholders
• Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today execution of HR activities
• Experience in matrix organization
• Very good knowledge about labor law
