HR Manager
You are responsible for
- Work closely with the business to understand and address business issues and supports local organizational development through all HR processes
- Support and facilitate the development of managers in people management and managers/ employees self-service
- Drive standardization in the execution of HR policies and processes
- Managing internal communication regarding various HR related aspects
- Oversee all admin and payroll (externalized) activities and lead all matters related to Labor Law
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (such as human resources, psychology, economics)
- Fluent English is a must
- Good influencing and communication skills/ managing stakeholders
- Experience in operational implementation of the HR strategy through day-today execution of HR activities
- Experience in matrix organization
- Very good knowledge about labor law
