The Digital Factory Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of digital technologies within our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong understanding of SQL, databases, IoT, Power BI, app development, lean manufacturing principles, and basic statistical tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity through digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of digital strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- IoT real time data monitoring of critical processes.
- Develop and deploy applications to support manufacturing operations.
- Utilize Power BI to create and maintain dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
- Apply digital tools aligned to lean manufacturing principles to identify and eliminate waste, improve processes, and enhance productivity.
- Use basic statistical tools to analyze data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Train and mentor team members on digital tools and best practices.
- Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and tools to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital systems and applications.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- Ensure data security and privacy protocols are implemented and maintained across all digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering in automation, mechatronics, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Proficient English level
- Proven experience in SQL, database management, and app development.
- Proficiency in Power BI and creating data visualizations.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Familiarity with basic statistical tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Labview developer experience.
- PLC Programming / OPC.
- Knowledge programming C++ / C#.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a manufacturing medical device.
- Experience in Healthcare environment, QMS.
- Experience working with medical devices.
