The Digital Factory Lead will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of digital technologies within our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong understanding of SQL, databases, IoT, Power BI, app development, lean manufacturing principles, and basic statistical tools. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovation and a proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity through digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of digital strategies to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital projects.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
  • IoT real time data monitoring of critical processes.
  • Develop and deploy applications to support manufacturing operations.
  • Utilize Power BI to create and maintain dashboards and reports for data-driven decision-making.
  • Apply digital tools aligned to lean manufacturing principles to identify and eliminate waste, improve processes, and enhance productivity.
  • Use basic statistical tools to analyze data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Train and mentor team members on digital tools and best practices.
  • Identify and evaluate new digital technologies and tools to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for digital systems and applications.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
  • Ensure data security and privacy protocols are implemented and maintained across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering in automation, mechatronics, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient English level
  • Proven experience in SQL, database management, and app development.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and creating data visualizations.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with basic statistical tools and techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Labview developer experience.
  • PLC Programming / OPC.
  • Knowledge programming C++ / C#.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing medical device.
  • Experience in Healthcare environment, QMS.
  • Experience working with medical devices.
