Your responsibilities will include:
Transform complex evidence into impact. Translate Eluvia’s clinical and economic data into clear, compelling messaging, tools, and training that drive customer understanding and preference.
Lead downstream marketing execution. Develop and deliver campaigns, materials, and programs that reinforce Eluvia’s differentiated value and accelerated adoption across global and regional markets.
Drive competitive strategy and perception change. Identify and address barriers to adoption by shaping how customers perceive Eluvia versus alternatives, shifting long-held beliefs and behaviors in a mature, competitive market.
Own the economic story. Partner closely with Health Economics and Medical Affairs to simplify and communicate a value proposition that links outcomes, cost, and long-term clinical benefit.
Enable sales excellence. Equip the field teams with compelling tools, training, and messaging frameworks to elevate customer conversations and overcome complex objections.
Collaborate cross-functionally. Work closely with clinical, marketing strategy, brand activation, and medical affairs to ensure alignment between data, story, and execution.
Monitor and respond to market dynamics. Track competitor activity, evolving guidelines and market trends to inform strategy and identify new opportunities for growth.
Champion brand consistency. Ensure that all downstream content and communications reflect Eluvia’s value, clinical leadership, and strategic positioning.
Measure impact. Evaluate the effectiveness of programs, campaigns, and tools through data-driven metrics and refine approaches for continuous improvement.
Be a steward of performance. Manage this high-profile product with accountability for business results, acting as a key driver of revenue growth and strategic execution within the Drug Eluting Therapies portfolio.
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, or healthcare
5+ years prior product management experience (product launch/commercialization)
Experience in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, campaigns and initiatives through core team leadership
Proven ability to influence drive alignment across diverse teams to achieve consensus and execution of strategic initiatives
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Project management skills and experience
Strong analytical, strategic planning and financial analysis skills
Experience with building strong physician relationships
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, to include international travel.
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s/MBA preferred
Experience specifically in peripheral vascular med device marketing
Compensation fornon-exempt (hourly), non-sales rolesmay also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
