What you'll do:
Proactively interact with travelers to solve possible issues related to T&E travel planning and reimbursement
Drive change and improve the process.
Monitor internal quality and ensure the completeness of T&E reporting
What you bring:
Advanced English (minimum upper-intermediate); Spanish is an advantage
Customer support experience is an advantage
Understanding of a shared service centre concept
Knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of SAP FI module an advantage
Knowledge and experience in the Travel and Expense process an advantage
