Apple Sales - Regional Lead Solution Engineer Manager South Asia

You will also be a critical part of the South Asia leadership team for business and education markets. You will work closely with worldwide and regional leadership, country teams, and be a thought leader to our strategic partners and alliances.
  • Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles driving strategic technical consultancy to sales team, partners and customers
  • At least 5 years of proven leadership experience managing senior-level teams, with a demonstrated ability to drive performance and innovation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading pre-sales technical or engineering teams. Experience managing a remote/geographically dispersed team is a plus. Background driving performance across a large region, country, or functional area is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of end user computing and complex technical solutions for the Enterprise and Education market. Knowledge of Apple products including managing Apple devices with multiple Mobile Device Management solutions. Familiarity with Apple Business Manager, Apple School Manager, and zero-touch deployment and relevant certifications (e.g., ACSP, JAMF, Microsoft, Cisco) are a plus.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Appleʼs values.
  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimise processes and create solutions.
  • Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills, including the ability to influence cross- functionally, navigate organisational structures, and manage complex relationships
  • Deep business acumen, strategic planning, and decision making skills; Forward-thinking mindset to analyse the market beyond the short term, foresee future possibilities, and translate data to plans, strategies, and action.
  • Background from driving transformational change in both direct and channel sales is a plus
