As a Senior User Experience Designer, you will…

• Work on UX concepts and designs in close collaboration and alignment with other Designers, Product Management, User Assistance and Engineering.
• Be responsible for the UI throughout the development lifecycle, as well as continuously broadening your horizon on design methodologies, technologies, and upcoming trends.
• Visualize strategic concepts to foster innovation, pitch design decisions to stakeholders, and build and present inspiring UX visions and demos.
• Drive, plan and moderate UX activities based on Design Thinking and User Centered Design methodologies throughout the product life cycle; includes user research, user requirements analysis, task analysis, information architecture design, interaction design, and usability testing.
• Contribute to the team with a strong fundamental design background, exhibiting thought leadership in one or more design areas, while also managing expectations, roles and responsibilities in design projects.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, User Experience Design or other related fields
• 7+ years of work experience in product design for enterprise software solutions
• Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Strong portfolio that displays a spectrum of related design solutions and demonstrates proficiency in interaction and visual design
• Ability to articulate rationale of design and research decision making in a clear and logical manner via conversations or presentations
• Proven outstanding collaboration and stakeholder management skills that enable you to successfully drive projects and topics on a global scale
• Fluency both written and spoken in English
