The role centers on the systematic analysis of vehicle manufacturing lines, delineating product flow and value stream processes, anticipating constraints in factory lines, and leading the charge in orchestrating comprehensive service production and fulfillment across the factory.

• Drive, lead, develop and recommend production planning system requirements, designing user-centric solutions
• Analyze gaps in processes, controls, data, and operations across all shops to achieve seamless end-to-end integration
• Participate in both strategic and tactical aspects of operations related to production planning, aiming to develop a comprehensive list of business requirements
• Collaborate with production, process engineering, controls engineering, quality, logistics, material planning, and inventory management teams to identify requirements and spearhead implementation efforts
• Drive, lead, and recommend business capital expenditure (capex) requirements and engage in strategic discussions, bridging factory manufacturing capacity and program demand
• Analyze demand to drive service workforce labor planning, equipment utilization, and operational strategy across all sustaining and new programs
• Maintain meticulous documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions to improve response times and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Empower users through technical assistance, training, and guidance, enhancing their ability to navigate and utilize systems effectively

• Bachelor's Degree Engineering in Software or equivalent qualification
• 5+ years of prior manufacturing experience in a similar position
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize multiple programs, and meet dynamic deadlines
• Project/Program management experience, certifications are a plus
• Detail orientated with strong understanding of inventory management
• Driven/Self-Starter mentality to help drive results in short timelines
• Ability to adapt to ever-changing business needs
