L&D VTH is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR and learning related support
services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross BorderSenior Deployment specialist and/or Learning Program Manager. Provides oversight of Learning administration activities and reports on
course feedback.

 Ensure end-to-end coordination of learning deployment activities, including validating training request form, submitting items and
class requests, and ensuring that CE credits are awarded.
 Submit requests for online, virtual, and physical classroom sessions, as well as program requests in SuccessFactors for learner Monitor participant nominations, manage cancellations, no-shows,
 Generate and analyze various reports from SuccessFactors, including user registration, credit details and Learning history. Address learner queries related to credits, class requests, and compliance.
 Identify opportunities for process improvements in learning deployment and suggest enhancements to streamline operations.
 Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organisation at
all levels Drive and deliver quality services and products to Talent
 Ability to learn new processes and skills quickly Proactive problem solver with solutions mindset
 Flexible and dependable; willing to adjust work schedule as necessary to meet peak demands and customer requirements

 Minimum of 1-3 years of experience
 Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
 Experience of working in Learning and development is desired
