As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Defining, manage, and track Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for product performance and availability.
- Designing and implementing automation frameworks to reduce sources of operational toil improving system efficiency and eliminating manual and repetitive tasks.
- Collaborating with product engineering teams to promote and implement system designs that prioritize scalability, supportability, resilience, and reliability.
- Implementing and optimize monitoring, alerting, and logging tools to mitigate issues proactively and recommend improvements.
- Partnering with internal teams to diagnose and resolve critical incidents, ensuring prompt and effective resolution and system reliability.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Have proven and extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related role.
- Have experience in one or more programming or scripting languages such as Python, Go, Bash, or similar
- Exhibit proficiency in SQL and analyzing data for trends to support decision-making, troubleshooting and system optimization.
- Have experience with monitoring, alerting, and logging platforms such as Grafana and Prometheus.
- Have In-depth understanding of computer networking concepts, Unix/Linux internals, distributed systems, and systems design.
- Have excellent communication and organizational skills, be able to articulate technical information in an easy to understand manner.
