As a bond processor you will be

with relationship managers within product operations,with internal and external clients via email and phone, adapt to different situations throughout the day, able to maneuver through multiple, facilitate logging claims,internally, and research for the clients.

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Three or more years of experience in transaction processing

Skills/Experience

• Demonstrated clerical, key entry, and customer service/relation skills

• Well-developed ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance

• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
