As an Onboarding Director within the Commercial Bank, you will be responsible for leading multiple groups in new product implementation for our Commercial Bank Clients. In this role, you will partner with Chief Financial Officers, Presidents, and other high-level officers and internal stakeholders, along with additional Commercial Banking clients to ensure a seamless transition to the JP Morgan Chase Commercial Banking platform.

You will also help with the coordination, setup, and delivery of custom Treasury and Banking services to ensure a best-in-class experience for our clients, gather and provide feedback on data to internal business partners, and ensure project management tools are developed and published. Additional items aligned to your oversight in the role include assisting with product training and roll-out’s to clients, and the identification and implementation of process improvement strategies, along with KPI and other business metrics.

  • Demonstrate expected risk/control behaviors through identification, escalation and remediation

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 8+ years of management experience
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Proven team leadership and experience in coaching or mentoring other employees
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with the ability to manage conflict and mobilize internal resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong presentation and negotiating skills
  • Strategic thinker with proven ability to execute a change agenda
  • Experience in risk awareness and skills to develop and ensure quality program set ups
  • Excellent at developing and maintaining good working relationships with internal partners
  • Ability to provide quantifiable management reporting

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Previous experience with Commercial Bank or Treasury Services products
  • Previous experience working with Government Client Segment
  • Master’s Degree (MBA)
  • PMP or other Project Management Certifications

Some travel required (30%) to visit clients and internal partners.
