What you'll do...

This role is based out of San Bruno, CA. We’re moving toward 3 days in the office per week, with flexibility.

You will make an impact by :

  • Contributing to a high-performance culture delivering multiple projects with primary focus on clickstream/web analytics data

  • Understanding the individual needs of each marketing channel and their performormance and optimization strategies that will enable creation of relevant productset

  • Create a lean roadmap for each initiative separately and as a whole in alignment with the Data Science, Analytics and other Product and Engineering teams

  • Working effectively with our Business, Product, Technology, and Data teams to ensure that the final product can be consumed by all the the stakeholders

You’ll sweep us off our feet if:

  • You can get into details and also have a strong understanding of the strategic needs of the project

  • You have experience solving new problems – digging into the data, gathering use cases and finding answers

  • You can collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

  • You have experience driving understanding of customers and their interaction with products through in-depth analyses of user behavior and engagement

  • You can create documentation that can be consumed by stakeholders across the organization and at different levels in the organization

Minimum qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 7+ years of experience with adobe analytics, google analytics. Strong querying skill is necessary

  • 7+ years of experience in data analysis. Strong data querying skills is a must for this role

  • 3+ years of experience in Channel Analytics, Digital Analytics, or eCommerce Analytics

  • 5+ years of experience In Product Management

  • Strong organizational skills, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and the ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, and be a self-starter.
