What you’ll do:

• Drive the product discovery process for large complex, and/or ambiguous projects.

• Drive execution of multiple business plans and projects.

• Navigate the complexity of multiple senior stakeholders with competing priorities.

• Support product implementation and deployment for large, complex, and ambiguous projects.

• Evaluate and resolve technical feasibility, design optimization, and production issues.

• Work with other departments to establish a design, technology, and product development strategy.

• Drive adoption of technology by focusing on outcomes for business partners across the organization.

• Define and drive toward outcome-centric metrics for innovation technology.

• Develop and enhance products – you will manage product roadmaps, align business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, turn customer insights into actionable initiatives, determine rollout strategy, and manage risks.

• Define vision and strategies for your product family, using domain expertise, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and approving objectives.

• You are a strategic thinker and are able to synthesize data from multiple sources (including analytics, user research, operations research, and design) to

• ommunication skills and empathy to understand differing perspectives so you can articulate and deliver solutions that address the needs of multiple constituencies.
