Your key responsibilities
- Assist the MSM and MSL in Annual Market Segment Planning process by supporting the development and implementation of the annual Market Segment Execution plans
- Help the MSL/MSM manage the priority accounts in the segment – by creating Markets Board pack and tracking of the account’s key performance indicators such as revenue, margins and pipeline against the plan.
- Help the MSM Manage operational and coordination task including annual business and revenue planning, ASQ and pipeline management
- Focus on dissemination of relevant business analysis and research, competitive intelligence and relevant firm thought leadership
- Achieve operational excellence throughout the Market Segments operations task by standardization of activities and best practice sharing
- Help maintain data quality with reference to EY tools ARD, GFIS and CRM
- Coordinate and facilitate MS team meetings acting as the central point of contact. Ensure follow up on action items by tracking progress against deadlines
- Maintain MS Revenue plans and regularly review against established milestones and targets
- Support development and maintenance of credentials for the Market Segment and share them with the MS community
- Effectively collaborate with Service Lines, Knowledge, BMC and other support functions on a daily basis to manage tasks and supporting MS team in Go-to-market initiatives
- Track monitor and report MS budgets and work with MS team to get the wrong expenses cleaned up.
- Monitor and highlight strategic Deals and its progress to Market Segment Manager

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Master’s degree or bachelor's degree with relevant experience
- 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Experience in a large Global organization preferred
- Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Exposure to tools like Tableau, PowerBi etc.
- Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
