Expectations and Tasks:
- Assist assigned HRBPs as they support the CS People Strategy and the transformation of the Customer Success Board Area
- Support and drive strategic people initiatives, focus topics, and manage ad-hoc requests (data gathering, organizational maintenance & European Social Partner submissions, etc) for the HRBP Leads and supporting HRBPs
- Ensure a high level of deliverable quality in communications and presentations for CS HRBPs, CS Executive Leadership team members, and CS employees
- Deliver high-impact data analysis, leveraging internal SAP tools, to provide people and organizational business insights (D&I, Hiring, Attrition) that enable the HRBPs to drive measurable outcomes
- Be an active member of the CS People HRBP Enablement team by co-leading team meetings, and global projects, and bringing awareness of our services to those who we support
