- More than 5 years of project experience in technical solutions and architecture design using cloud services
- Understanding of Data Analytics and AI solutions and project experience with them
- Experience in architecture design using Azure Services data/AI services (Synapse, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Services, etc.) or third-party services with equivalent functions
- Understanding of LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or experience designing applications using them
- Understanding of DevOps, DataOps or MLOps processes
- Basic understanding of cloud service infrastructure and security
- Experience in creating project execution plans
- Experience in stakeholder management in projects
- Business English proficiency
- Reading and writing Japanese is require
- Conversation in fluent Japanese

- クラウドサービスを利用したテクニカルソリューションおよびアーキテクチャ設計に関する5年以上のプロジェクト経験

Leading solution proposals to customers
- Understand the outcomes expected by your stakeholders (e.g., enterprise architects, security teams, development teams, operations teams, etc.) and design and propose to customers solutions and architectures that leverage Microsoft cloud services to achieve them. You also recognize risks related to the feasibility of the solution and consider measures to avoid and mitigate them. Design and process the approach to implement the solution.
- Define the outputs and develop an overall project schedule to ensure they can be delivered to the milestones customers expect.
- Identify the scope for which Microsoft is responsible and what customers are responsible for and create a resource plan to understand the skills and man-hours required to execute the Microsoft scope.
- Estimate the extent to which Microsoft's cloud services will be used by the solution.
- After a project starts, you will lead a project team to execute the plan. In particular, you are expected to play a leading role in the design of the overall architecture. You also are responsible for the quality of a project team's output.
- Consider countermeasures for technical issues and work together with project members to solve them.
- Work with a project manager to drive the project forward. In particular, you are responsible for managing technical risks.
- Work with project managers to maintain good communication with client stakeholders and control stakeholder expectations.
- In addition, we will confirm that the entire project is progressing toward the realization of the customer's results, and if there are any problems, you will discuss with a project manager and proceed necessary countermeasures.
- In order to realize customer’s outcome, you will work with other departments within Microsoft involved in the project to obtain the necessary support.
- Work with a technical manager in your organizational team to define solution themes that the team should focus on and prepare proposal materials. In addition, you deploy the developed solutions to a sales team to support the proposal activities to customers.
- Understand new technical solutions, disseminate information to consultants in the consulting department, and support the learning of consultants.
- Join the international architect community to gather and share information on best practices and international solutions with the Japan team.

- ソリューションを導入するアプローチを設計して工程化します。次に、アウトプットを定義してそれらがお客様の期待するマイルストーンに提供できるように全体のプロジェクトスケジュールを策定します。最後にマイクロソフトが担当するスコープとお客様自身が担当するスコープを明確化して、マイクロソフトのスコープを実行するために必要なスキルと工数を把握してリソース計画を作成します。
- プロジェクト開始後は、コンサルティングチームをリードして計画を実行します。特に全体アーキテクチャの設計においては主導的な役割を果たします。また、コンサルティングチームのアウトプットの品質に責任を持ちます。
- テクニカルな課題に対する対応策を検討して、プロジェクトメンバーとともに解決にあたります。
- プロジェクトマネージャーと協力して、プロジェクトを推進します。特にテクニカルリスクの管理に関してはソリューションアーキテクトが責任を持ちます。
- プロジェクトマネージャーと協力して、お客様ステークホルダーとの良好なコミュニケーションを維持するとともに、ステークホルダーの期待値をコントロールします。また、プロジェクト全体がお客様成果に実現に向けて進行していることを確認し、問題がある場合にはプロジェクトマネージャーと協議をして必要な対応策を実施します。
- コンサルティング部門のテクニカルマネージャーと協力して、組織として注力したいソリューションテーマを設定し、提案素材を準備します。また、開発したソリューションをコンサルティングサービスのセールスチームに展開して、お客様への提案活動をサポートします。
- 新しいテクニカルソリューションを理解して、コンサルティング部門内のコンサルタントに対して情報を発信していくとともに、コンサルタントのラーニングをサポートします。
