ISC Production Supervisor

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the production operations within our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) department. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods, meeting quality standards, and optimizing productivity. Your leadership and expertise will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement initiatives, managing resources effectively, and fostering a culture of operational excellence. You will report directly to our ISC Manager. This position requires an on-site work schedule. In this role, you will have a significant impact on our ISC department and the overall success of our organization. Your ability to effectively manage production processes, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement will directly contribute to the achievement of our production goals and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee and manage the production operations within the ISC department.

Ensure the efficient and timely production of goods, meeting quality standards. • Optimize productivity and resource utilization to achieve production targets.

Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Proven experience of at least 5 years in a supervisory role within a production environment.

Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

English advanced skills

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.

Experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles.

Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
